That means work on the "Ogre & the Mermaid" can once more take priority, with the Final Deadline approaching in September. Time to figure out wave animation in After Effects (pushing interpolated keys around) and TVPaint (custom waves hitting solid objects).

The studio will move to Paradise for a month, with nothing but sand, forests, and Costco as distraction. Healthy air, beautiful surroundings, and that darned laptop and tablet for the eyeballs.

Looking forward to seeing if Apple does come out with a Mega Tablet that's big enough to happily draw on and a stylus that's sensitive to pressure (like me). I like the thought of picking up a piece of magic glass and animating anywhere there's a place to park it.
